As an engineer who has dedicated her career to the field of water and wastewater management. Through my work, I have witnessed firsthand the profound effects of emerging pollutants on our precious water sources.

However, I am not just an engineer; I am also a woman, a South African, a person of color, a member of a minority community, - a human being. I have experienced and observed the constant pressures imposed by society and social media to conform to standards of beauty and behavior that are not only unattainable but also unsustainable. In many cases, these pressures can be detrimental to our overall well-being.

It is with this in mind that I founded WELLCHEMCO. This company has a dual purpose that is close to my heart. Firstly, we are committed to leading the way in the development of cosmetic ingredients that have minimal impact on our water sources, helping to protect the environment for future generations.
